Hello! One of my roommate's and I are both looking to sublet our rooms on 13th and Aurora for the summer. Move in date would be available mid-May and you could stay as long as necessary until beginning/mid-August. We live in a four bedroom, two bathroom house and the two rooms we want to sublet are located in the basement. One of our roommates is planning on staying for the summer but she will be living upstairs and is very clean and a great roommate. The basement as well as most of the house was renovated last summer and both bedrooms are a great size. There is also dishwasher in the kitchen located on the upstairs level, and a laundry room with a washer and drier and bathroom in the basement that we share. We are both able to leave our beds, desks and dressers if wanted. Rent is $775/month + utilities but I am very willing to negotiate, we are really just trying to find someone for the spots ASAP. There is a driveway you can park in as well as a lot of free on-street parking right outside of our home. Great location- less than a 10 minute walk to campus.
