Job Duties: Markets to real estate offices and other businesses associated with real estate to obtain new leads and referrals to perform property management services. Coordinates vendor responses to maintenance or repair issues at individual properties to ensure that each property is functioning adequately for its tenants. Attracts new tenants to sign leases for vacant properties by advertising vacancies, showing vacant units, and responding to prospective tenant questions. Responding to tenant or neighbor complaints and enforcing tenant lease compliance as appropriate. Regular communications with owners, tenants, and fellow team members to ensure consistently excellent service, communications, and teamwork.
Job Requirements HS/GED 6 months to 1 year experience Excellent communication skills Capability for marketing and sales Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers and mobile devices Proficient with web Ability to manage multiple priorities Sales experience preferred Positive attitude Excellent team player
