The Herz Team at Coldwell Banker is looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic Assistant/Team Manager that is searching for a growth opportunity to build a career in real estate with a dynamic group of women.
Salary plus bonus $35,xxxx - $45,000.
Qualifications Include:
- Prior real estate experience working as a real estate assistant or agent strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Good at double checking documents with attention to detail
- Enjoys people and has excellent communication skills
- Commitment to a positive attitude and personal growth
- Enjoys a high energy environment
- Be able to wear many hats and multi task
- Understanding of MLS, Trulia, Zillow and other real estate marketing sites
- Must have excellent computer skills with email, Word, Excel Spread Sheets, Social Media and Database Management
- Be able to keep things confidential
- Must be able to work M-F 9-5 with an occasional Saturday. Some flexibility with working at home 1-2 days a week.
- Must have a car
Job Responsibilities Include:
Orchestrate systems with check lists for new Sellers, new Buyers and check lists for when Sellers and Buyers go under contract including tasks such as : Ordering photos and videos, entering MLS info, creating post cards, social media posts, creating e-flyers, spead sheets, setting up showings, create marketing materials.
Other responsibilities include; monthly database management, monthly marketing on trulia/Zillow, monthly postcards and orchestration of 3 social events a year.
