Last year, our leasing reps matched over 3,000 people to rental homes in the Boulder/ Broomfield area.
Housing Helpers is hiring Leasing Representatives to work out of our Boulder office located conveniently on 28th and Baseline in Boulder.
Overview
o High income potential. Most leasing representatives (entry level) start out making $30-40,000/year. Our top leasing representatives make over six figures.
o A great introduction to Real Estate. Housing Helpers leasing representatives gain an incredible amount of hands-on experience. It is the ideal entry level opportunity for recent college graduates or those looking to get into real estate.

Qualifications
o An outgoing and hardworking personality. As a Housing Helpers leasing representative, you will be working with customers daily and need to be able to connect with all types of people. We only hire representatives who strive for that satisfactory feeling of putting in a hard day's work.
o Access to a presentable and insured vehicle. At Housing Helpers, you will be taking your customers around different neighborhoods to specific homes. Your customers(s) should feel comfortable in your vehicle, which will open up more conversation to find out just what he/she is looking for in a new home.
o The willingness to work on weekends and on a commission-only basis. As a leasing representative in Boulder, the weekends can be your busiest time of the week. Housing Helpers is open six days a week and works to set up a time that works best with your customer. You will get paid based off of your commission - the harder you work the more money you will make.
o A general understanding of Boulder/Broomfield and its neighborhoods. Rightfully so, your customers will ask you questions about the different neighborhoods you take them to. You don't have to be a native of the area, but it's very beneficial to be knowledgeable of the areas your presenting people to live in.
