Job Description:
Busy Realtor in busy Boulder office seeking full:time person to manage the client experience. Agents production is ranked in top 5 of all Realtors nationally. This person will help with inputting and marketing listings, transaction management, paperwork, scheduling and preparing for showings, and client communications.
Need someone with a STRONG attention to detail, reliable, organized, professional, great on the phone and email, and proficient in MS Office. Strong client service skills needed. Tech:savvy, marketing:savvy, and an interest in Real Estate are preferred. Title or mortgage experience or Real Estate license are a plus, but will train the right person. Will work in the office with agent 90 of the time and will spend the rest of the time in the field.
This is not a job for someone who wants to list and show properties daily. This is a staff position with an agent who is the main face of the business. Your end goal is to help agent deliver a professional service to clients and free up the agents time to pursue more business. Pay is 15:18/hour based on experience and qualifications and includes 15 days paid flex time, to be used either for vacation or sick days. Potential for bonuses based on great work and extra effort.
