Job Description
This position is integral to the success of our work through administration in the office and support of management. Responsibilities include: office and executive calendar management, file organization, coordination of receipts, correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as the possibility of some personal assistant work for executives. The EA will be coordinating and working with other team members as well as outside partners.
Candidates should have at least two years of office management experience, understanding of QuickBooks, as well as MS office and social media, and a desire to provide agile, thoughtful support. They should enjoy and thrive working on a team, but be proactive in taking on responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have the ability to see the big picture, while paying attentions to the details and thinking creatively.
Our team lives our work. A candidate with experience in emotional intelligence is highly desirable.
Position: Full-time
Salary: $30,000 to $32,000 annually depending on experience
Benefits: two weeks PTO plus some holidays
