Seeking2 interventional Cardiologists with recent experience (2:10 years) interventional experience (CRM, ASD closures, radial and femoral approach and advanced cardiac imaging a bonus). Additional peripheral vascular interventional skills are highly desired.
This FT position with "North Tier" Heart and Vascularis with a growing and strongly positioned practice associated with Longmont United Hospitaland the North Tier Heart and Vascular Centura Health Matrix who has a strong referral base throughout thecommunity to support this practice.
Call 1:3 moving to 1:4 interventional call. Depending upon the candidate's desires, we will supplement the call schedule with Locums to make it a manageable 1:4.
Candidate will work in a newly opened cardiology outpatient clinic with the latest ancillary equipment including nuclear medicine, stress testing and echocardiography services. In addition, a state:of:the:art cardiac catheterization lab will open by Sept. xxxx.
The right candidate will be eligible to obtain the Medical Directorship of Heart and Vascular for the hospital. This position will not only develop the program, but also work with the Mountain and North Denver Operating Group Heart and Vascular Service Line Director to create a CHF clinic, CRM clinic (Pacemaker/ICD) and oversee our Cardiac Rehab program. All cardiologists will be able to help redesign the heart and vascular program based on their passion and expertise.
*There might be positions opening in North Denver as well. There might be leadership opportunities as well.
