A Colorado-based medical facility is currently seeking a Hospitalist to assist with locum tenens coverage. The shift times will be form 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am Locums physician will see an average of 12 to 14 patients and three to five admissions per shift. This facility has a mid-level on during the day to assist with census. If candidates are not board certified, they must be board eligible within three years. Ventilation management, paracentesis, thoracentesis, central and arterial lines placement, and intubations are required. CRNAs and ED physicians can assist/perform intubations. Assistance with hospital privileges will be provided.
