SENIOR SITE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULERS
with Major Construction Background
Position Summary: Experienced project scheduler to develop, integrate, and analyze project schedulers using Primavera Project Planner Enterprise on major industrial construction projects ranging from $100M - $600M. Must be a self motivated individual, excellent verbal and written communicator at all levels of the organization, team focused, and be able to work under minimal supervision. Will be working as the Owner scheduling lead coordinating and integrating the project scheduler with multiple subcontractors providing input. Will also be working very closely with Owner's site construction team to provide scheduling information that can be used to monitor and verify the construction activities, measure performance and identify improvement opportunities. Additional duties include, schedule maintenance and analysis, collecting progress data, developing and implementing project schedule status reports, working with cost engineers to provide Earned Value Management metrics, as well as understanding and analyzing schedule risk and predicting potential impacts.
Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience as lead/senior scheduler on major industrial
Education: Bachelor degree in technical field preferable, or equivalent experience.
Systems: Must be proficient in Primavera Project Planner Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
Must be willing to relocate to project assignment location and able to travel (15%-25%) as required to complete job assignments.
