REPAIR: (Starting at $100.00)
We change out only those parts which are absolutely necessary for the unit to function.
REBUILD: (Starting at $225)
We change out ANY worn, damaged, or suspect parts and Adjust the unit per factory specs if available.
Changing out all Capacitors, Testing all components ETC... (Refurbishing of the electronics to "Like new" state)
RESTORE: (Starting at $275.00)
Everything in the REBUILD, and includes a complete refinishing of the entire cabinet. (Your unit looks and performs like new)
REFINISH: (Starting at $225.00) Does not include the Electronics, this is a "cabinet only" restoration. (Great if your unit works but shows its age or wear)
*All Restorations are done as close to original as the condition of the unit allows.
** Slight changes in coloration and visible patterns can occur in all plaskon, bakelite, and Catalin radios when refinishing.
This is due to many factors including the density of the material, The original curing time, and the finish originally used if the unit was coated.
We take every precaution to ensure this does not effect the overall beauty of your valuables.
(This does not happen often, and is usually only noticeable to the most discerning eye.)
At this time, We can refinish any surface materials with exception to:
Veneered finishes which are worn excessively, Or damaged beyond repair.
Finishes that were applique's (Basically a large full cabinet sticker such as on newer speaker cabinets made with pressboard or MDF)
(These finishes can be removed and replaced if necessary)
ALL Repairs start at a 100 dollar cash estimate fee except Consoles. (Consoles $200.00)
THE ENTIRE Estimate Fee applies towards the final balance on any completed repair.
We charge NO MARKUP on parts (With any repair service). If we have to order something, you pay only the purchase price plus shipping and tax.
